Hypocrisy - Play Acting as RighteousJesus often confronted the religious elite with their hypocrisy. If there was one thing that the Lord did not tolerate, it was religious hypocrisy. Jesus despised people putting on an act, putting on a mask to play a religious role, while in their hearts, they were full of evil and corruption. Jesus saw past the façade and their using religion for a show, and Jesus was not afraid to confront and expose their hypocrisy. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God. - John 3:19-21 |

Self-Confrontation CourseSelf-Confrontation course We will be hosting the Self-Confrontation Course Weekend Seminar 1A by Biblical Counseling Foundation Ministries on October 27-29 . These first twelve lessons present foundational biblical principles for facing, dealing with, and enduring the problems of life God’s way, in the power of the Holy Spirit.
