Persevering in Suffering

1 Peter 4

If the soul be kept not well, persecution will drive people to apostasy. The only way to keep the soul well is to commit it to God in well-doing. Commit your souls to God by solemn dedication, prayer, and patient perseverance in well-doing. Good people, when they are in affliction, have great encouragement to commit their souls to God, because He is their Creator and faithful in all of His promises. —Matthew Henry

Christmas Concert

Hi Lo Silvers are presenting their annual Christmas Concert on December 13 at 7pm and December 15 at 3pm at The Heart Event Center (Formerly 1st Presbyterian), 1915 N. Swan St.

Christmas Eve Service

December 24 at 6pm

We will have our annual Christmas Eve service on Tuesday, December 24, at 6pm, followed by a posole potluck dinner.
