Ladies, mark your calendars for Saturday, December 12th, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM! Join us for a special evening of worship, fellowship, and encouragement from God's Word, shared by ladies from our own church family.

Our theme, From the Cradle to the Cross, will take us on a journey through the life of Jesus, from His miraculous birth to His ultimate sacrifice on the cross, reminding us of God's faithfulness and incredible love for us.  -  Dinner Theme: Soups and Salads

We are looking for 17 table hostesses to decorate tables for the event, as well as 10 volunteers to prepare a pot of soup. If you would like to help, please see Michelle or Robin to sign up. We look forward to celebrating the true meaning of Christmas together!

Ladies, join us for our new six-week Women’s Bible Study focused on understanding the purpose and power of prayer. Together, we will learn more about what the Bible teaches about prayer and how we can grow in our own prayer lives. This will be a special time of fellowship, encouragement, and prayer as we grow together in the Lord.

The study will meet Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, October 14 through November 18, in the Fellowship Hall at Calvary Chapel Silver City. All women are welcome. For more information, please see Robin, Pearl, or Michelle.

Operation Christmas Child collection week is November 16-24. We have (so far unassembled) boxes available.  See Tamera for information.

Pastor Appreciation/Fall Potluck will be held October 25th after second service. Please bring main dishes and desserts. Drinks, plates, and flatware will be provided. Kairos Prison Ministry will be taking the Word to the residents at Southern NM Correctional Facility November 5-8.  For information,  contact Leroy Becerra (575-313-1167) or Bob Phipps (575-574-2332). We covet your prayers—for the residents and Kairos team.  You can also help by providing home-baked cookies (Bring to the church by October 31) or a financial donation.

Tim and Kailee will have a booth at the CCA craft fair in the gym on November 7th and are requesting donation of baked treats to sell. Proceeds will go toward children and youth fund. Thank you!
