Jesus made it crystal clear that there is a cost to following Him, and one of the things Jesus said along those lines is, if we are going to follow Him, we must deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Him daily. The cross means death to self.

I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.  Acts 26:17-18

The Hi Lo Silvers will have their Christmas Concert and Sing-Along on Friday, December 8 at 7 pm and Sunday, December 10 at 3 pm at the First Presbyterian Church, 1915 N. Swan.

Singers are directed by Nada Dates and accompanied by Rhonda Gorog on piano and Becky Harwood on bass violin.

The Silver Chorale presents their annual Winter Concert on Sunday, December 3 at 3pm at the Silver City Church of Christ on Little Walnut. The concert is free but donations are welcome.

We will be restarting the BCF Biblical Counseling Foundation class on January 7, 2024. There is no charge for this class, and if you took the seminar you already have the books.
