Calvary Chapel will be co-hosting a gathering of “Prayer for America" here at Calvary Chapel on Thurs. Oct. 17.

The doors open at 6:00pm, service begins at 6:30 pm.  The focus will be prayer for America with a time of worship and then different prayer points that will include: 

Lifting up the Name of Jesus; Church to repent & return to our First Love; Unity among God's people and within families; The “Fear of the Lord” in church first & then community; Local Schools: WNMU, Cobre, Cliff, Silver High, Snell, La Plata & Elementary schools; Heaven to restrain lawlessness & violence; Corruption be rooted out; Law enforcement & first responders, hospitals; Our local businesses, and elected officials; Normalcy of life and liberty – not death & perversion; Peace of God to rule in our hearts & minds.

Kairos Prison Ministry will be taking the Word to the residents at Southern NM Correctional Facility October 24-27.  If you are interested in participating, please contact Bob Phipps (575-574-2332) or Leroy Becerra (575-313-1167).
