The resurrection of Jesus from the dead has overwhelming evidence and testimony for its validity. The testimony of people seeing Jesus alive on numerous and different occasions, and many in number. We use eyewitness accounts in a court of law to prove guilt or validate innocence, cause they carry tremendous weight.

After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep. After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles. Then last of all He was seen by me also, as by one born out of due time. —I Corinthians 15:6-8
